Individual Counselling

Together, we build hope and momentum so you can work through challenges to get to that place you want to be, or, to find the capacity to just be with ‘what is’ with greater calm and acceptance.

Relationship Counselling
Explore your relationships with your partner, parents, roommates, siblings, colleagues or friends - either with them in session or on your own. Establishing positive communication and managing conflicts with others can feel overwhelming, confusing and difficult to navigate at times. Counselling sessions can help you build healthier and more supportive relationships. Couples are supported through their relationship challenges in session using a Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach. Clients interested in counselling on their own can also benefit from these evidence-based perspectives on building stronger relationships.
